Before use, review the selected model, pack, included components, dimensions, material, operating limits and manufacturer's instructions. Do not treat a photograph, search title or general guide as an installation drawing, certification or assurance of compatibility. Ask us before ordering if a necessary specification or warning is missing; we will not invent one.

Maple equipment and food contact

Match a tap's tree-hole diameter and outlet to the intended tubing or collection container. Prefilters are not necessarily finishing filters. A low-Brix instrument for raw sap cannot verify finished syrup density; use the appropriate range, calibration temperature and method. Product capacities describe vessels, not a guaranteed syrup yield. Follow manufacturer hot-fill, temperature, cleaning and food-contact instructions. A component described for an RO system is not a complete sap-processing installation. We do not claim FDA approval, NSF certification or suitability for commercial food production without substantiated, product-specific evidence. Boiling liquids, hot surfaces and sharp tapping tools require appropriate care and adult supervision.

Warranties and faults

We describe any specific written manufacturer warranty only on verified terms and make those terms available where applicable. A manufacturer warranty may depend on model, purchase route, registration and exclusions; we do not promise transferable coverage merely because a maker offers a warranty elsewhere. We do not add a separate written product warranty unless expressly stated. Express product descriptions and mandatory implied or statutory warranties are not disclaimed. Report a fault through our returns and refunds process.

Unsafe or recalled products

Stop using an item you believe unsafe, retain identifying information and contact us. Follow official recall and manufacturer safety instructions. We investigate credible safety concerns and communicate applicable corrective action. No disclaimer authorizes sale or use of a recalled or unlawfully marketed product.
