Who may order

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or act for an organization you are authorized to bind. Provide accurate delivery and contact information. An account is optional where guest checkout is offered. Protect account credentials and private order links.

Products, availability and price

Read the selected model, size, condition, pack quantity, included components and compatibility before ordering. Photos may show props or other variants; the selected description controls, subject to your rights if the goods are misdescribed. We do not silently substitute products. Third-party trade names identify products and do not imply manufacturer affiliation or authorized-dealer status. Genuine vintage or surplus condition is disclosed when applicable.

Prices are in USD. The merchandise amount, customer shipping charge and applicable sales tax are presented before payment authorization. A basket does not reserve stock. We may correct a material error or decline an order we cannot fulfil, but will not increase an authorized amount without a new approval. If an order cannot be accepted, we notify you and release its authorization or refund any collected payment, as applicable.

Order receipt, acceptance and payment

Submitting checkout requests an order and authorizes the displayed payment amount. The order-received message is an acknowledgement, not confirmation of shipment or a promise that stock is reserved. We accept the order when we confirm fulfilment and collect the authorized payment. Payment-provider authorization holds are not collected payments. No subscription or recurring purchase is created. Your bank controls when a released hold disappears.

Delivery, cancellation and remedies

The shipping policy and returns and refunds policy form part of the purchase terms. We remain your customer-service contact even where a fulfilment partner ships the goods. We do not disclaim responsibility merely because another company handles a package.

Safety, warranties and reasonable use

Use products only for their stated intended purpose, following the manufacturer's instructions and warnings. Read our product safety and warranty information. We do not provide a separate lifetime or satisfaction warranty unless a listing expressly provides one. Any written manufacturer warranty applies only on its actual terms; eligibility is not assumed. Applicable express, implied and statutory warranties and remedies remain in force.

Website use and intellectual property

Do not attack the site, bypass access controls, misuse another person's account, submit unlawful content or interfere with orders. Site-owned text, layouts and original graphics may not be commercially reused without permission, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Third-party marks and product materials remain their owners' property. Report a rights concern with the affected URL and evidence of your authority; we investigate credible notices.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses such as lost production or profits. Any permitted limitation on our aggregate contractual liability is the amount paid for the affected order. These limitations do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, product liability, statutory warranty obligations or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case their law controls. Nothing makes the customer waive a lawful refund, regulator complaint or payment-card dispute right.

Resolving issues and changes

Contact us first if you wish so we can try to resolve a problem; this is not a mandatory prerequisite to exercising legal rights. Applicable US federal and state law governs as determined by ordinary conflict-of-law rules; mandatory protections where you reside remain available. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive foreign court. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where lawful. Material changes apply prospectively, and the version accepted for an existing order remains its record unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

Delivery-address verification

When ordering opens, we use Google Maps Platform to help verify delivery details. Its terms and privacy policy apply to that service. Review any suggested correction and confirm the exact building number, unit and destination. We do not silently redirect an order. Postal verification does not guarantee that a particular supplier or carrier can serve a destination; unresolved delivery restrictions require correction or cancellation before purchasing.
